• How can I reach you?

The nearest airports are Aktion (PVK), which during the summer months has connections to many European cities, and Ioannina (IOA).  The port of Igoumenitsa has regular ferry connections to Italy, and the Ionian highway offers excellent road access. There is regular bus service from the city of Preveza, and less frequently from Igoumenitsa.

• Can I arrange airport transfer from/to airport?

We can arrange airport transfers (additional charges apply).

• How can I go from Parga Beach Resort to the center of Parga?

The town of Parga is just a 20-minute walk from the resort. If you prefer not to walk, our reception staff can call you a taxi, or you can use the water taxi service that departs every 30 minutes from a dock a few meters away from the resort and takes just 10 minutes to reach the town.

• I have limited mobility/walking ability; do you have rooms suitable for me?

We offer rooms especially designed for people with limited mobility or walking ability, and we also have a special vehicle to facilitate beach access. Furthermore, Parga Beach Resort is ideal for people with limited mobility/walking ability, due to the flat terrain of the property.

• Are pets welcome?

Pets up to 15 kg are welcome.

• Are baby cribs available?

Yes, we provide baby cribs upon request.

• Is there a refrigerator in the room?

Rooms are equipped with a pre-stocked minibar, with very limited extra space.

• Will I need an adaptor for my electronic devices? What is the voltage?

In Greece, the voltage is 220V/50Hz and we use F-type plugs. Depending on your country of origin, you may need to bring appropriate adaptors with you.

• What is the smoking policy?

All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on your balcony/terrace.

• Can Ι drink the tap water?

Tap water at the resort is safe for drinking.

• Do you offer Wi-Fi?

We offer free Wi-Fi in all rooms and resort premises.

• Are beach towels available?

Beach towels are available at no extra charge.

• Are there any taxes that I need to be aware of?

The Greek Government has introduced an occupancy tax for hotel guests. At our resort, the occupancy tax is 10.00€ per room per day.

• Is parking available onsite?

Parking is available on our property, with additional spaces in a neighboring area, at no additional charge.

• Where is the closest ATM?

The closest ATM is approx. 100 meters away.

• Do you have a children’s menu?

We do – and it is delicious!

• Do you offer vegetarian and gluten-free options?

We offer vegetarian options at our restaurant and also a special gluten-free menu. There are also gluten-free options available at the breakfast buffet. However, to ensure that your needs are suitably met, please notify our staff of any food preferences or allergies in advance.

• What time is check-in?

Check-in at 3 p.m.

• What time is check-out?

Check-out time at 11 a.m.

• Where can I store my valuables?

All rooms are equipped with safe deposit boxes at no additional charge. You may also check your valuables at reception for safekeeping.
